Somebody sent one spam complaint to the owners of the hosting service. They decided to pull the plug, thereby forcing My Money Fish to find another server abroad.The site was offline for almost 5 days, making the recruiting of new members impossible. Since they have been using the new server, the site never experienced anymore downtime. Due to these problems the launch was scheduled for 1 February 2010.

Conclusion:

The launch did happen on the scheduled date. If it was a scam the website would not have come back online. Unethical entrepeneurs have the tendency to run away with all the accumulated money.
