It is important to realize that one can skip cheese and fried food and still find the food tasty and enjoy it. If one wishes to indulge in junk food then he may try to have a small portion of it. By doing this, you can eat your favorite food without feeling guilty of indulging himself in wrong type of food. Another important aspect is to understand the difference between a good fat and a bad fat. One must try to maintain the balance with both good and bad food. A balanced eating habit along with a few hours of workout session could do wonders.
It is not possible to keep off your favorite food. The only thing to keep in mind is to take it in small quantity just to tantalize the taste bud. Eating the right food depends entirely on the individual .One has to distinguish between right and wrong. As such it is important to plan out a balanced food chart on the basis of health and nutrition. This could be an important step towards keeping a check on that extra dip of cheese and remaining healthy for the rest of life.
