First and only reason for lose weight should be your health, but that is only in theory. In practice, people do it for all other reasons. To look thin, hansom, attractive as people from covers do, many people will do everything. And not just that. People in general have a need to look good in order to be accepted by others. People that are not obsessed with their look, for health reasons, will do something only when they came to the point that being overweight affects their everyday life.
