why do some people succeed where others fail?

A year ago I never thought I would be sitting writing this article, telling others of how I have succeeded in a dream. I hope this article aspires and motivates others so they can succeed in their chosen ambitions.

He’s how I went from earning under $400 a month working part time, to earning over $800 monthly income from a website in just under a year. Your probably thinking what is so special about that, well if I tell you that a year ago I had no idea how to write a script for a website and (I still don’t to this day) and i certainly didn’t have the money to pay a professional to create a website for me.

So how did I come to own a successful online website? And what made me succeed?

Firstly where the idea came from

The idea of creating my own website all started when I was at a friend’s house one day and he was explaining how people generate a bit of income from owing a website or more commonly these days blogging. I wasn’t really sure of the idea at first because I knew nothing about websites or how to create one. That night when I got home, still thinking about what I’d just disgust with my friend earlier in the day, I decide to do a bit of research on the net.

After a few days of researching web hosts and domain names I came across a website that offered to help me and guide me through the process, the ironic thing here is I’d spent days researching on the Internet but I found this site on one of the website’s id look at with my friend when the idea came about. So now I had the means all I need was to think of a subject to write about. My keen interests were card games and my favorite card game is poker, so I came up with the idea of creating a website about poker, nothing new to the Internet there then. There are millions and millions of websites on poker but I still didn’t let that stop me.

The website that tutored me also created the HTML coding for me so all I had to do was create the content and when you’re trying to build successful website quality content is everything. So I need to apply myself to writing the content which was done mainly an hour a night. I was driven by the thought of a better income and better quality of life, if I could succeed at this then everything would fall into place. Although my website is still very young and there is lots of work I need to put into it and more content that need adding it is generating an average of 500 hits per day (very low considering) my traffic is doubling each month and I am working to generate around 1000 hit per day by the end of the month. I also received very good monetizing tutoring and a couple great affiliate programs I signed up for are generating me over $800 dollars a month and when my traffic raises so do my profits.

So what was my secret in succeeding

Although I had great tutoring, I still put a lot of hard work into creating quality content and kept focused and motivated to succeed. I am not a computer genius or a high Tech website designer, and I was only charged less than $0.50 a day to be tutored, so I didn’t spend thousands one a professional web designer, I’m someone that started from the very start, researching my options but always aspired to succeed and success does come in the end if you’re willing to work for it.
