Living with a problem like premature ejaculation can put a big strain on you and your relationship.
Inside you may be feeling like less of a man as you cannot satisfy your woman, and your woman might be feeling disappointed and sexually frustrated as she is not achieving those sexual dizzy heights that she dreams of.

- A change in attitude to being a man

When things go wrong in the bedroom then, it can really undermine our sense of who we are. The important thing to remember here then, is to know that you are more than your sexual performance. Being a man is about having a deeper relationship with yourself then this. So if you’re suffering with premature ejaculation try stepping back for a second and getting some perspective. This problem is not about you and being a man, but rather is a little timing problem in the bedroom that can be fixed. This more relaxed attitude was one of the deepest premature ejaculation cures that I found.
- Breathing into your sexual energy
If you’re looking for premature cures, you are going to have to do something about the sexual energy, or the urge to climax that simply pushes you over the edge into finishing before you are ready. One of the keys to dealing with this is to use the breath as a tool to last longer in bed. If you breathe into something like fear, when you feel it in your body, you can lessen its energy and the same applies to the urge to climax. Next time you’re making love and you feel that your moving towards that point of no return, simply locate where that urge is strongest in your body and consciously breathe into it. Take three or four breaths and let the energy level move down. This is a useful and potent tool for lasting longer in bed.
- Practise whenever you can
If you’re trying to get better at anything in life, it’s really important to practise as hard as you can, and when it comes to stopping premature ejaculation, the same maxim applies. Practising lasting longer can be done in two ways and will have two different benefits.
The first thing to remember is to practise by yourself, lasting as long as you can. This will have the benefit of getting more control over your urge to ejaculate. The second way to practise is to have as much penetrative sex with your lover as possible. This will have the benefit helping you control your urges, and also getting you used to the more intense stimulation from being inside your partner.
