Acne typically occurs on the face, neck, chest and back, and it starts throughout the puberty period.More worrying is the fact that the so-called miracle ingredients are not controlled either and about 75% of all products contain a mix of carcinogens and skin irritants plus elements which can cause disturbances to the human endocrine system. The third myth is that new, improved ingredients will be great in preventing aging skin. Some new ingredients will be, the majority will not. This chemical has a devastating effect on skin tissues causing different levels of allergies and toxins. At certain level it may cause a degree of skin cancer or breast cancer etc.In general, stay away from any kind of chemicals or harsh cleansers or products than contain skin irritants. Also take a good multi-vitamin every day with food. It's very important to keep your skin clean and don't use heavy oil based makeup. Let your skin breath by periodically taking a break from wearing makeup. Be careful not to use too much perfume. Don't let it get on your face while you're applying it. These are just a few things you can do to take care of your skin.

The most important step in getting rid of pimples and acne lesions of any kind is constantly washing your face with water to reduce oil excesses or dirt which irritates the skin. If you have pimples already, obviously you will not want your zits to aggravate and grow bigger, caused by accumulation of sweat and bacteria. After each days work, or coming out from a dusty environment, endeavor to wash your face properly with soap and warm water.Just like any other skin treatments that are being used to stay free from the skin problems. Botox also has its share side effects which are really good and bad as well. One good effect is definitely the young, beautiful and wrinkle free skin. But this is the one and only good side of the Botox. And the other effects may not be good for the skin and your whole body.
