The LEGO Star Wars collection has become a huge success with both children and collectors. LEGO began making the Star Wars toys in 1999. They did this coinciding with the release of the movie Star Wars Episode 1 The Phantom Menace. The company released sets to build of the ships and scenes that were in the movie. They then released additional sets with the releases of Star Wars Episode 2 and Episode 3. Since then they have released LEGO sets for all of the Star Wars movies.

LEGO also started releasing games that feature the LEGO Star Wars trademarks in 2005. In the past six years they have released a total of four games. The first game that was released was LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game. The popularity of this game inspired the company to release the next three video games. These games are LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy, LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga, and LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars. Each of these games have experienced high sale volumes and are top sellers in the gaming industry. They can be purchased for several different types of gaming consoles including XBOX, The Nintendo Wii, Sony Playstation consoles, and others. There are even versions available that are compatible with different computer systems.

LEGO has also released a smaller scale version of the toys for the Star Wars movies. These smaller versions are considered to be the Ultimate Collectors Series edition of the toys. There were fewer sets made of these collectors series and are therefore very hard to find for sale. The value of these collectors edition series has skyrocketed from the original purchase price.

The company has also released other merchandize with the LEGO Star Wars features. These items include magnets, pens, watches, and many other things. There are hundreds of different scenes to choose from on these items. They are also considered to be collectors items by many fans of this series.

LEGO Star Wars items can be found in many different retailers. They can also be found on thousands of different websites. Collectors are also able to find different items online. However, these collectors items often cost a significantly higher amount than the original sales price.

Prices for many LEGO Star Wars items start around twenty dollars. Games typically start around fifty dollars but can often be found on sale. The prices for the LEGO game sets vary depending on the amount of pieces that are found in the set. Collectors items prices can drastically vary depending on the number of available sets and how much a committed collector is willing to pay.
