Bryce Harper played his first college game for the College of Southern Nevada. Most people call the college CSV or the Coyotes. Harper has been called Baseball's chosen one in magazines such as Sports Illustrated. Bryce played his first junior college baseball game when he should actually been a junior in high school on January 29th, 2010 for the number one junior college baseball team.

The team is filled with players 3 years older than Bryce.. Bryce his very fortunate having one of those college sophomores as his brother Bryan. Just to play with his younger sibling, he transferred from Cal State Northridge.

With Bryce's power and ability to hit a baseball, he batted the third spot. Think about this, at the age of 17, batting 3rd, the most important batting spot in all of baseball, having a sold out crowd and over 100 pro scouts watching your every move. This is what Bryce will have to deal with every baseball game.

With his current teammates, he did play fall baseball with them. He played in ten fall league baseball games and batted an outstanding .375 with 4 homeruns. You have to remember this is a 17 year old playing with kids 19 and 20 who should be faster and stronger.

Bryce should be the number one draft pick in the the 2010 MLB draft because of his early success in high school and college. Many news sources say he should be the number one baseball draft pick for the Washington Nationals. It sounds like he is going to be a multi-millionaire at the age of 17! If this does happen, he has a lot to do to live up to the hype.

Bryce is very lucky to have a great college baseball coach and mentor because he is so young with a lot of pressure. His coach, Tim Chambers helps Bryce focus on his game and college studies. Chambers has refused to have Harper interviewed as well as help him grow into a better baseball prospect. Even though Harper has his head on his shoulders, he does need a coach like Chambers.

With his support system and a successful start in junior college baseball, Bryce Harper is well on his way to being baseball's chosen one. I am guessing Bryce will like to get more out of baseball than success. I know in his heart he wants the Coyotes to win a junior college national championship and then help the Nationals with their first world series. Or at least he would help them not finish in last.

David Olmst has studied the game of baseball and loves to watch and play He believes that Bryce Harper one of the best major league baseball players to ever play the games. What amazes him most is a Bryce Harper autograph baseball is already over $200! this is why he made the Bryce Harper baseball site.
