Anxiety attack can be extremely frightening, be it the first one or an eleventh one, as anyone who has undergone it can vouch for. Firstly, the person thinks he is suffering a heart attack. But when it is diagnosed as anxiety attack, his first thoughts are to look for anxiety cures. Of course, numerous varied anxiety cures or treatments that can help are available. But the cure or the treatment depends mainly on the circumstances which are the primary cause of the anxiety.
Natural anxiety cures are cures for anxiety that stimulate the body into eliminating the patterns of anxiety naturally without drugs. Most natural anxiety cures benefit by not containing man-made chemicals and the associated negative effects. Of course, not all natural cures are on the same level. Just because it is natural does not mean that it will work better or even well. Some natural anxiety cures will create a broad reduction in anxiety, some will handle just a small part of anxiety, and some can completely free you of anxiety.
Anxiety is uncomfortable but for the most part, we are able to cope with it until it subsides. This usually happens when the threat is removed.
A person with anxiety disorder experiences an unidentifiable fear. The actual cause of the fear is unknown because there is no apparent threat. It is unlike the anxiety that is expected in the face of danger which disappears when the threat is gone.
Prevention
As mentioned, getting to the root of what triggers your anxiety is a great step to an anxiety cure. The idea is preventing anxiety attacks from occurring. Once you figure out the triggers for your anxiety, you can begin to work on preventative measures.
Some things you can do include, stress relief from yoga, meditation or exercise. You can avoid consuming foods or beverages that may be a trigger. Foods that have been linked to anxiety are caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine.
What you're really looking for is an anxiety cure that will teach you how not to get anxious when there's really nothing to be anxious about. Those are the times when whatever you are dreading is what you "perceive" is dangerous when in fact it isn't.
There are also various other types of herbal drops available that all claim that they are the perfect anxiety cures. They claim to relieve anxiety, stress, irritability, and nervous tension. Suggestions for dose size and frequency for these types of anxiety cures in the form of herbal drops varies. The most common dose suggestion is that a couple of drops be taken three times a day with a glass of water.
With cognitive therapy, you are helped to recognize your thought patterns so you can realize how you tend to interpret events positively or negatively. You will most likely deal with the negative interpretations of how you deal with evens in your life. You see, this misinterpretation of such events usually leads to the start of negative thoughts that can stem out of control on a physical basis; which in turn leads to a build up of panic and anxiety.
