Speed walking or jogging is a great way to do it. Jogging strollers are made for the serious joggers with sturdy frames, heavy suspension and fixed front tires. What this means to you is that they are not going to be useful for much more than jogging. They are too big and heavy to take to the mall and are not easily maneuverable on narrow aisles in the grocery store.
