MBA or masters in Business administration is one of the most renowned management or post graduations degrees across the world. The demand for MBA degree holders is not only seen in India, but almost all the countries over the globe, prefers hiring MBA for managerial or analysis jobs. Due to the increasing demand of MBA post graduates, students from every industry are opting for MBA in their respective fields. Also, because of the vastness of the MBA studies, specialisation in every subject is available, which results in turning up of major number of post graduates as MBA’s.
In fact many engineers or students in the field of IT, software or hardware, opt for MBA as their specialisation. Doing MBA helps in diversifying the key responsibility areas of an employee. Analytical, management, interpersonal communication, logical reasoning, strong mathematical approach, are few of the qualities, which are required by an MBA student. Business Analyst:
Business analyst is the person who is responsible for understanding and accordingly moulding the management structure in reliance to the customer requirements and demands. He is in many organisations the medium of communication between the target audience and the company. Efficient business analysts can also become good counsellors, so having in- depth knowledge about their domain of work is very important and MBA helps in acquiring the same.
Pre- sales:
This post is more or less like a business development manger, i.e. responsible for very first steps while approaching the perspective customer. Here the employee has to use his management and persuasive skills to be able to impress the customer and earn his confidence towards the company and its products.
ERP Consultant:
ERP consultant is responsible for shaping the products and software solutions in accordance to the client and his needs.
Project Managers:
Project mangers are involved in a certain assignment right from the starting of its introduction till the execution and providing the solutions for the project.
Quality/ Testing Manager:
Quality or testing managers are required to provide certifications and approvals on certain IT and software solutions, before they are released in the market for the common use.
