A sunrise alarm clock simulates a sunrise. The light starts out low and dull then it gradually gets brighter as if the sun is rising and lights up your room. Thus making getting up in the morning a more enjoyable experience.
A natural sound alarm clock simulates sounds of nature. Instead of waking to a loud blaring noise or obnoxious morning radio show, imagine waking up to the sound of a waterfall or the sound of ocean waves breaking on the shore. Are you feeling refreshed just reading about these soothing sounds?
Each clock comes with a traditional alarm which you can use as a backup and most have a radio and some can play MP3 tunes.
