After practicing when they are set for the job they can then start doing the job in the actual court. They need to make sure that they have all the skills properly built. There are certain other things that the court reporters must take care of. First of all they must always strive to be accurate.

You need to have a great eye for accuracy as well as for details. If you follow these two things then only you can become a good reporter. Other than this, you must also make sure that you perform excellently in your job.

Nobody in this world can be perfect it is not expected that the court reporter will be perfect in everything he does. But he must make sure that he is an excellent listener and even an excellent stenographer. Only this can make him rise in his profession.

The reporter must also be careful about his grammar. He needs to have an excellent skill in grammar. Always try to use shorter sentences in your paper for better understanding in the court of law.
