Pregnancy week by week information comes in handy for women expecting a child or those planning one in the near future. Pregnancy is a gift only women are bestowed with. It is perhaps nature's way to make women feel special and communicate them that they are the preferred section. Such prominence however is not easy to pull off; it rather calls in for profuse effort and endurance to live through difficult times.
Monitoring pregnancy weekly helps you to get a clear picture of each stage of pregnancy and makes you understand the process better. This eliminates unnecessary worries and fear. Besides this, you can distinguish between a normal symptom and a problem that requires medical attention.
You have missed your period. You really start to feel pregnant. A urine test will confirm your pregnancy. You are experiencing pregnancy symptoms like mood swings, nausea, tender breasts, and lower abdomen cramps etc. Your bundle of joy is right now actually just a few tiny cells. In your 7th week, your pregnancy is confirmed beyond doubt. Start looking for the various medical tests you might need after consultation with the doctor. You baby is growing very fast now! This diet after delivery can be started from the second or the third week after the actual delivery. As a precaution it would be best if you could check with your doctor about your diet plan and then proceed with it. Also ensure that you take in a lot of fluids as a part of your after pregnancy diets to facilitate better discharge of unwanted fat. This diet plan if followed religiously, is sure to bring about a radical change in your weight in just about a few days' time.
They say that the more colourful your plate is, the healthier you are making your body. So load your plate with colourful greens and fruits. When making a salad, also consider about what condiments you are using. Instead of using high in fat mayonnaise or mustard for the dressing, whip up something light such as citrus zest and juice and then combines with garlic and olive oil.
This is where saving money comes into play. If you are like me, you'd shop and buy items that you never used and eventually threw them out. Well, if you shop for your meals then you will have food for those meals only and you won't end up throwing stuff out.
