Pregnancy is probably one of the most exciting moments in a woman’s life. There are many wonderful things will happen in the next nine months, that you can really enjoy. However, in some women, there is a condition that can turn your pregnancy into quite a difficult time: nausea and vomiting, or people used to call morning sickness. Although morning sickness is becoming common in the pregnancy first stages, it does not mean that you cannot do anything to reduce it. Anyway, this is your precious moment, so don’t let anything ruin your excitement!

Pregnancy spotting is one of the most common pregnancy complications that can occur during the first trimester. Stay calm and do not panic, it is however recommended that you consult your healthcare practitioner. The bleeding may be red, brownish or dark brown in color. They may not be a cause for concern as long as there are no other symptoms such as clots, cramps, fever, chills and dizziness. If you see that the spotting worsens and you need to use a tampon or a sanitary pad it is best to consult your physician without delay.

Pregnancy Week 25-28

By this time, the woman’s uterus is congested and there is less movement of her baby. There is an important thing to note for the mom: her baby can distinguish between darkness and light and can also hear sounds from the external world.

1 - Avoid smoking, drugs, alcohol, and caffeine.

2 - Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 times per week, preferrably doing something you enjoy. Walking

is a great exercise as well as swimming or aerobics.

3 - Intercourse timing - Know your ovulation dates and have baby making sex in the days up to and

including your ovulation day. If you just have intercourse whenever you feel like it, you can

still become pregnant, but it's better to focus on the best times to get pregnant in order to

get pregnant faster.

4 - The best sexual position for conception seems to be the missionary (man on top) position, although there are plenty of other positions in which women have gotten pregnant. This position gives the sperm a better chance to reach their destination - the awaiting egg.

Infertility in Women

Infertility in the women is found to be the main cause in getting the women pregnant. In spite of the successful intercourse and the transfer of the sperm to the women ovule and even the ovulation takes place but the chromosomes from the women are not indulged in the ovule and as a result the egg fails to develop in the embryo and the pregnancy is found to be failed in such women. Sometimes infertility in the women is found from the birth. But, very rare cases of infertility from the birth were noted.

Pregnancy Week 25

Hemorrhoids are an uncomfortable symptom that more than half of all pregnant women experience. These are caused by the growing uterus pressing down, in addition to the added blood flow. A diet high in fiber should help this situation. The baby's air sacs will develop in the lungs, and the structures of the spine start to form.
