One important means for employers to learn more about their potential candidates for a job position is through a job interview. In a job interview, the interviewers expect the applicants to have information about the organization and the position they are applying for. However, most job applicants still neglect to do the one simple important task, that is, to research.

Furthermore, some applicants do not spare even a little bit of time to rehearse and prepare for the interview. In the end, these applicants lose many opportunities as they cannot prove to the employers they are applying to, that they are the right person to the job position.
