- Physical Aspect

Understanding all or most of the above symptoms
will help you and your family members to arrest
the early stage of these attacks. Also, by
knowing the symptoms, you and your family members
can react better and faster and because typical
duration can last between 10 mins to over 2hours,
knowing most of the symptoms can prevent anguish
for all parties involved.
Major Causes

may transform into panic attacks. Panic disorder

switch your mind to focus on something that is

scent of your favorite food can help to reduce
your anxiety level.
