What do you want from The Law of Attraction Workshop?

Hi this is Tristan and Sabrina with i-Grasshopper and the Quantum Transformation Program. A question that's come up is "How do you figure out what it is that you want when you are working with the Law of Attraction tools?"

Sabrina: Well, sometimes the most difficult part of attracting something is figuring out specifically what it is that you want. For me, I developed a technique and I call it "Be Your Own Hero."

The "Be Your Own Hero" technique is where I take my life and I visualize it as though it's an episode of a TV show, and I'm the heroine. So what do I already know about the heroine? I know that I want her to be a good person, to make the right decisions, to share love, to be prosperous, to share her prosperity with others, to do the right thing and to be the person that - when I sit on the couch and watch the TV show - I root for her. And I know... I'll bet all my money... that she's going to do the right thing and she's going to make the right choice. And I'm always behind her no matter what.

So that's the character that I have to be when I visualize my life as an episode. When I visualize my life and I put the problem up there, and the problem could be, "What decision do I want to make? Do I want to go this way or that way? Do I want to go with this person or that person?" And I visualize each scenario. I see myself watching it, and I notice which one feels good. Which one feels right. Which one am I like, "Yeah, you go!" Like the way I cheer for Sally Field in "Brothers and Sisters". I love Sally Field's character. Because you always know that she's going to stick up for her family; she's going to make the right decision; and it's going to be from a loving place. And when she falters, she gets right back on track. So I love rooting for her, and I want to root for myself in that way.

So usually, using visualization, I play out different scenarios to see what feels good. Because when it feels good - the vibration is right. When it feels wrong... if you are asking yourself, "Was that really the right thing to do?"... chances are - if there's a part of you questioning that - it probably isn't the right thing to do. And you need to look at your motivation. How will it affect others? And what will the overall outcome be?

So back to your question, "How do you figure out what you want?" I would use the tools of visualization and imagine different scenarios playing out, and notice which one feels good, and then keep visualizing the one that feels great.
