Gradual changes in your eating.
Introducing gradual changes into your diet isn't always the easiest way to go, but for some, they consider it the only way. While gradually introducing new sound food to your home there is the chance of wanting to pick the less healthy stuff too.
That does not mean that you wont succeed though. Start by making a point when you go grocery shopping to purchase at least one item that's low on the glycemic indicator. After some time this will be easier to do.
