"As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." (Proverbs)

Knowingly or unknowingly we exercise the power to produce thoughts. Those thoughts produce the results we experience in our life.

It's our predominant thought patterns that create our life. We can just as easily create a life of struggle, or a life of fulfillment and enrichment, and good.

Most of us walk around every day having very little understanding of the power that we wield. The power to change is always within us and it starts with our thinking.

True thinking requires that we pay attention to and choose our thoughts. If you start paying attention to what you are thinking, you can have fun discovering that you really can choose your own thoughts, and therefore, influence your results.

We become what we think about, and for each of us there must be a constant stream of new thought, better thought, truer thought to ensure progression in our lives.

Just as you can count on a well tended crop producing...your life will absolutely produce the results you have planted by using your thoughts.

The power to choose your thinking is not only fun, but it is life giving.

Take Action:

A great strategy for success is to look at your results to give you insight into what you are truly thinking.

Ask yourself these two questions...

  1. What kind of person do I want to be? Name 10 qualities or attributes that would make up the best version of you-the person that you truly want to be.

  2. What kind of thoughts would "this best version of me" think? Name at least 10 thoughts that this best version of you would think. What would they think about career, opportunities, money, relationships, health?

Now, here's a HIGH POWERED practice. Taking on the qualities and thinking patterns of your Best Self right where you are.

Without having anything in external world change first, decide to put on the qualities of your highest self. In the morning for ten minutes a day, think the thoughts your best self would think. Decide that you will embody those qualities that day.

You'll be amazed at how fast the Universe seeks to align your results with your new inner expression.
