I would like to show you some great energy tools that have a huge impact on your vibration - and therefore your magnetism.

Laughing is truly an excellent medicine for anything that ails you. Now obviously if you don't find anything as funny, it is difficult to make yourself laugh. Right? Or is it? The Law of Attraction is a wonderful tool for positive manifestation for your life.

Attempt this: Just exhale with a strong breath on the connotation 'HA'. And try breathing through your stomach. The diaphragm is a little exercised part of our anatomy. When you work with your diaphragm and lungs in this way, you're receiving much fuller breaths. You oxygenate your blood and mind. Now attempt exhaling on the syllables in rapid succession HA-HA-HA-HA-HA. Extend your belly, while you are doing it, you've just used the diaphragm. Now attempt it varying the frequency, and how much. Then stretch it out.

You can do this while you're driving, going to and from the office or on breaks. I realize it seems silly. But silly is GOOD. Attempt it with a friend. If you play with a friend, I'm sure you'll both end up laughing in reality. It's hard to try this exercise without activating a true bellow. Another way to heighten your vibration fast is Toning. Just like singing, but you tone for the sake of feeling sound reverberate through your body. You aren't trying for a pretty sound, simply sound for the sake of sound. The sound you manifest is the correct sound. Feel it move through your nose, your throat, ribcage. Experience the breath and vibrations through your body. Do it for a a little while to as long as you like. Start empowering yourself right now and experience Law of Attraction Love.

Remember, these are easy and goofy, fun and are only for the sake of doing. I will bet you have several energy tools you use and you don't even realize it. Anything you do to take a break from feeling bland, blank, disengaged and drained. It might be squeezing or bouncing a ball, listening to the birds, blowing bubbles. I keep a small bottle of bubbles on my desk. Get up and stretch, do some hip rotations. It is a way of becoming attuned to your self. And remember to stay hydrated. Drink lots of water. Drinking water doesn't just hydrate, it grounds you too. Remember your body is a bundle of energy fields. Take good care of you on all levels. When you use energy management tools, you will be less likely to go for that caffeine and sugar pick-me-up.

You'll begin being in the now more often. And remember, the present is always the most powerful place to be.
