In most cases, they are in so much pain and feel that the only way to get relief from ovarian cysts is to rely on their doctor recommended surgery or medications. They are so frustrated with the pain and discomfort that they agree to whatever their doctor tells them is going to be the best remedy for the recurring ovarian cysts. This does not have to be and resorting to surgery is not going to remedy the problem of them reoccurring.
Traditional approaches such as surgery and medications are not going to keep the cysts from returning. It is not a long term solution as surgery does not address the entire problem, just some of the specific parts.
You need to ask yourself if having surgery two or three times a year is really worth it when there are natural cures for ovarian cysts. Do you really want to be pumped full of hormonal medications that are eventually going to take a toll on your body. And, even if your doctor prescribes some intense pain killers for you so that you can deal with the pain, it still is not going to cure they cyst, just mask the real problem. And, as you may know, it is extremely dangerous to be on long term pain medications which can severely damage organs, such as your liver and kidneys. And once those organs are damaged, it is often irreversible.
Today, more women are shying away from traditional treatments such as having surgery and taking hormonal medications, and instead relying on natural treatments for recurring ovarian cysts. It is not difficult, does not take up a lot of your time, and is a whole lot less expensive than having surgery or visiting the doctor every few months.
Remember, the best treatment for ovarian cysts is taking preventative measures. Try to avoid any foods or drinks that will dehydrate your body. Things such as soda, alcohol, and anything with high amounts of caffeine in them. You need to stay hydrated. Becoming dehydrated decreases your ability to filter out toxins in your system. Drink as much water as possible, as much as eight to ten glasses a day, and empty your bladder as often as possible.
You can incorporate a pain reliever such as Tylenol, which is an anti-steroidal pain controller. You may find that what works for some women might not work particularly well for you. But, when the root causes of cysts are ignored, they will come back. That is why when a doctor prescribes medication or surgery, the root cause is not being addressed, and that is why they cannot keep them from returning.
By treating the main cause of any health problem, it will be easier to provide long term relief and it will be easier to cure. Just remember that by living a healthier lifestyle, you will be on the road to recovery, and recurring ovarian cysts will be a thing of the past.
