Introduction – We have assembled a structure consisting of several components suitable for the client that is interested in moving their investments, stock trading or forex trading offshore. The structure consists of the following:
-
Nevis Anonymous LLC Corporation
-
Belize Bank Account for Nevis LLC
-
Belize Trust to be owner of Nevis LLC Bearer Share Company
-
Belize Bank Account for Trust
-
Offshore Brokerage Account
-
Anonymous No Name Visa Card
Nevis LLC – These are the most anonymous corporations we know of. Nevis has no public registry for corporations. Your name does not appear anywhere in the country of Nevis. The government does not have your name in any database or registry. These are bearer share LLC companies and you get all the share certificates. If anyone wishes to bring any civil action in the country of Nevis for purposes of discovering ownership, or suing the corporation they would have to post a $25,000 cash bond with the court. Unless you do business physically on Nevis or have Nevis residents as clients the case would most likely be dismissed as lacking venue and authority. Belize Bank Account – Belize is a nice jurisdiction for offshore banking. The official language of the country is English. They have bank secrecy. They allow the use of the anonymous Nevis LLC corporation. They have online banking that allows the sending of wire transfers. They allow one to hold four currencies – USD, Canadian, UK Pound and Euro. They issue Credit cards and debit cards tied to the bank account. Belize Trust – The Belize Trust has statutory laws exempting the assets of the Trust from the decision of any foreign (non Belize) court. This would include divorce, bankruptcy, civil and fraudulent conveyance rulings, and any orders or decision coming from a non-Belize court. The protection thus provided is strong even surpassing the Panama Foundation which has a three year window during which the foundation assets are exposed to fraudulent conveyance actions. The Panama Foundation three year fraudulent conveyance window starts over again every time money is put in the name of the foundation. It does not cover just the first three years the foundation is in existence. What is done is the Nevis LLC share certificates are titled in the name of the Belize Trust. This makes the Belize Trust the owner of the Nevis LLC and thus the Nevis LLC and their assets (bank account) is now covered by the Belize Trust laws since it is the property of the Belize Trust. If the Nevis LLC has a bank account in a Belize bank those assets would be covered by the Belize Trust protective statues even though the bank account is in the name of the LLC. With the Nevis LLC and the Belize Trust having accounts at the same bank there is room to move funds from one bank account to another inside the bank with no external wire transfer trails and at the same time enjoying the protection of the Belize Trust laws. For instance money could be sent from the home country and to the LLC and then transferred to the trust inside the Belize bank. Then no one knows about the trust unless you tell them. The name of the owner of the trust does not appear in any public registry. The names of the trust beneficiaries and protector of the trust do not appear in any public registry.

Offshore Brokerage Account – We use the Nevis LLC to open up a stock brokerage account in another Caribbean jurisdiction. If you like we can use the Belize Trust just as easily. The Caribbean broker allows for trading in 16 markets around the world. Forex included. Metatrader is supported. The Caribbean broker uses a major European Brokerage owned by a large EU bank. Their fees are mid range, not full retail and not discount.

Anonymous Visa Card – We supply from stock inventory two (2) anonymous no name offshore Visa cards. The cards have no name on them or in the magnetic strip. They are loaded by wire transfer. There is a 2% loading fee. The cards work in ATM machines, online and in person at retail establishments. There is an online system to verify balances. The cards are useful to pay operating expenses, travel expenses, routine expenses etc for the Trust and LLC. One suggestion is using one card for the Belize Trust expenses and one for the Nevis LLC expenses. Expenses can be office, phone, internet website registration and hosting, car, travel etc.
