For some years now, green tea has attracted the efforts of scientists to discover why it's so healthy. Let's just mention a few items: weight loss ability, help with certain diseases, and cleansing the body of poisons and toxins. So we're going to offer some discussion about several ways in which green tea can positively impact your overall health.
Green tea is known to help with cholesterol issues which of course impact our cardiovascular health. There's wonderful news about this because what happens is this plant can lower your total cholesterol count, and then it also increases levels of HDL cholesterol (the good stuff). Naturally, if you want the fastest and most powerful effects, then you'll need to use green tea every day. You really should consider green tea if you want to do something extraordinary for your health. It has many properties that support longevity and anti-aging. The powerful antioxidants in green tea help to protect the body from harmful substances known as free radicals, which are believed to cause many serious diseases. Obviously, those factors will play a role if you drink green tea on a regular basis. Green tea has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties which are helpful for arthritis conditions.
You can drink the tea, or take the capsules, and as you know this plant contains so many excellent and powerful benefits to your body for staying healthy. In Asian countries, the tea is consumed as a hot beverage, of course, and you can do the same. If you want, during the hotter months there's nothing wrong with drinking green tea in iced tea form. But yet again some people don't want to be bothered with making the tea, and for those they can just buy supplement capsules. But you don't like caffeine, ok that's fine because you can find decaffeinated green tea. No problem about not being able to get to sleep because you can simply make the decaffeinated tea after 5 or 6 PM, etc. However, in the end you know better than anyone else what's best for you.
