A Unique Routine To Lose Belly Fat Fast

Are you someone who struggles to lose belly fat, here is exactly what I did to get to single digit bodyfat this time...
Who doesn't enjoy everything summer has to offer, I personally have enjoyed this summer a lot!
You know what made it so enjoyable?
This year I am the leanest I have ever gotten! And the freest from all that belly fat that used to bug me tons at the beach or at a pool party...
It sucked!
Yeah, it might sound vague or self serving...
But getting yourself to single digit bodyfat is hard, but keeping it year-round is darn near impossible for some people
You heard that straight from the "lose belly fat man" himself!
Most of the year I keep myself around 9%, healthy and lean but for this summer I decided to turn it up and get down to 7%.
But I love to eat, what can I say...So is was tough balancing both
This summer I kept my diet the same and I have been enjoying more bbq than ever before.
In return most people ask, "How in the heck do you do it then?"
I call it "consistent intervals."
Here has been my routine for the last 90 days or so...
First, I pick a cardio workout to do for the week. Usually something most people would do for long periods of time
Then I dedicate every morning 4 times a week to that exercise. No matter where Im at. Right after breakfast of course.
I eat, let my food settle then I go do it.
Don't do cardio on a empty stomach, its down right stupid...
Buts thats a whole other conversation in itself.
And I made sure it was something I could do without adding extra time to my day by going to the gym. Playgrounds and parks work really well...
Then I do 1min full burst intensity and 1min low intensity and I do that for only 10min max.
Believe me when I tell you, don't do you more. This works because of the afterburn effect it allows you keep for many days after you do it.
Imagine burning fat even while you sit at work, this is exactly what daily intense exercise like this will allow you to do.
That's it!
Take this example and make it a concentrated effort to do it for 30
days...
Remember changing your body doesn't have to take massive action, just daily intense action.
