Hanukkah, Christmas.... all of them! I’m Coach Roz, and I lost 90 pounds

and have maintain this weight loss for over EIGHT years. I’ve been

successful, because I didn’t focus on just losing weight, I figured out how

This is the most festive time of year. Exciting, stressful, fun. And for

people already overweight, this is a disastrous time of the year,too. I

know, because for 15 years I gained and lost the same 20, 40, 50 pounds over

and over and over again, until I ballooned to 232 pounds. I’m just

5’0", so that means I was super chubby and I was a yo-yo dieter.

But, since 2002, I’ve maintained a 90 pound weight loss. That means I’ve

managed my weight through several bags of Halloween candy, plates of

Thanksgiving turkey dinners, and cans of Christmas cookie.

But for you, this whole time of the year is challenging, because stores give

samples, friends throw parties and the family wants all their favorites. We
