Here is how you can get your ex back by moving on. This is something that many of us don't realize but we do tend to carry forward some habits from negative incidents that leaves imprints in us.
There are many reasons why your ex boyfriend left or decided to break up with you. There are many tiny details and sometimes, subconscious habits of us that crept into our relationship and makes it break.
Just like mites, it slowly eats away in your relationships that causes it to finally fall apart. This doesn't mean that you are ignorant or insensitive. We all make mistakes and a lot of the time, we unintentionally made them and hurt others.
One of the reason is letting imprints of your past relationship affects you. It latch itself unto you and you didn't know that you brought forward it into your new relationship. When the habit shows up too many times or too strongly, it is why your ex boyfriend left.
For example, if your previous relationship was with someone who sends you mix messages such as canceling dates with you at the last minute most of the time or break most of the promises, the incident may leave a negative imprint in your subconscious mind.
Let's look into relationship number 2, the recent one that you just had a break up. Were you acting in ways like your first ex boyfriend? Did you send mix messages to your 2nd boyfriend and was pulling away when similar situations occurs where you just felt like canceling dates? You may be acting like your first ex boyfriend because there is a wound somewhere inside you. You react like this not by intention but it is just a subconscious reaction that your resentment was showing up.
Though this is unintentional, you had caused your second boyfriend to pay for it. As mentioned, when it repeats too many times or too strongly, it puts your boyfriend into your position in your first relationship.
You are not a completely unkind person because you don't know this is happening. Forgive yourself and and clear your unresolved resentment. You can only get your ex back by moving forward. Besides, choose to improve and avoid all the negativity of the past. Heal your wounds, forgive and forget it only will you be able to truly enjoy and focus on your new relationship.
