Scotty Paulson who is well known for introducing the compressed comp plan to the industry, founded RevvNRG. He then went on to create his own network marketing company with a budget of just $100,000. There were a lot of folks who thought he wouldn't make it, but he did and in fact had over quarter of a million distributors after just three years, the company was called Changes International.

With a binary being used you should make certain you are fully aware of how it all works. New people won't always fully understand them, also make sure you fully understand the spillover concept, people will often tell you to join immediately so you can get spillover payments (its made to sound like free money). The fact is that you can't just sign up and start getting paid, you will need to qualify for any spillover payments, which means you doing some work in recruiting!

Every rank has a maximum payout threshold, so limiting the amount you can earn, at the Imperial black pearl (the top level) the maximum they will pay you is $20,000. Granted $240,000 a year is a tidy sum and most people won't make it past the first 2 or 3 ranks, but restricting earnings on your top players like that is'nt good. If someone has what it takes to reach the top levels then they should not be limited in what they earn, in my opinion.

You can also qualify for some other bonuses as you increase in rank, there is the mega match bonus, team bonus, founders pool and also lifestyle bonuses where you will receive things like car allowances and exotic holidays and maybe even an apple mac.

As RevvNRG is in an extremely competitive (some would say saturated) niche you need to be prepared to put in some extra work, you may find that you have to go through larger numbers of people in order to build a team. A lot of people in the industry are told to market to their warm market which is fair enough, but many people may even struggle to come up with 100 names! So you need a way to get past this and generate unlimited leads.
