If you are looking for the band Infantasia that use to be managed by Dings Entertainment then please note that they now have a new show under the name of The Tribute Show and are obtainable direct and are freelance to any person wishing to book them directly
Dings Entertainment originally signed the group known as the Infantasia showgroup way back in January 1997. Infantasia which was ran and managed by John Hammond of Infantasia had approximately twelve admirable years under Dings Entertainment which they will be forever grateful for. In fact they remember their time at Dings Entertainment with great affection. Regardless of this, they eventually terminated their contract in November 2008 and parted company in November 2009.
Infantasia would like to show appreciation to Dings Entertainment for their help support and understanding. Twelve years is a long time in any business and at their peak Infantasia were averaging nearly 200 dates a year through Dings Entertainment, although most of the work came via third party agencies. Regrettably, all good things come to an end and Infantasia wanted to branch out into other areas. In the end John Hammond developed quite a few other shows based on the opening concept he had invented with Infantasia. The idea was to run several multi-tribute type shows dedicated to different era and decades of time. And so The Tribute Show was born; a dynamic, non-stop, fast action production show without cutting any corners. The long term aim was to take the show into theatres around the country.
Unlike the early days with Infantasia which was basically a glorified party band. The Tribute Show spent thousands of pounds on costumes, Sound, lighting and production equipment to become one of the primary multi tribute shows in the united kingdom or even the world.
Before Infantasia partied company with Dings Entertainment their manager tried merging the two ideas and calling the show Infantasia - The Tribute Show, but unfortunately without success. At the end of the day John Hammond felt it was neither one thing nor the other and in the end decided to Part Company with the Dings Entertainment.
Infantasia spent twelve loyal years working exclusively for Dings Entertainment while a lot of other bands were moonlighting with additional work on the side, although that being said there was no hard evidence to support this. At the end of the day Dings Entertainment stuck with their remaining managed acts.
From November 2009 The Tribute Show has been totally independent from Dings Entertainment and now trade under the name of Insound Productions Limited. Although. They are available for direct bookings and they are also available through any reputable agency in the country.
The final piece of the jigsaw is that Insound Productions Limited are now working on a full on theatre production show with a ten piece live band. This includes a three piece brass section, bass, drums, guitar, keyboards, dancers and singers.
Infantasia is not the same band as it use to be as it has come a long way since its humble beginnings when it was managed by Dings Entertainment. However a new bigger and better band has risen from the ashes from the foundations of The Tribute Show has come a truly memorable theatre show.
Infantsasia formerly managed by Dings Entertainment are now reformed under the name The Tribute Show and available direct.
