You can probably look through your personal fitness library at home and just read the titles of your books to see what trend you were on at the time. By practicing a consistent exercise regiment you’re likely to gain confidence as well as a body you’re proud to show off. Wouldn’t it be nice to actually look forward to swimsuit season?
