Another way that you can use to build the muscles fast is by resting. Many people may find it hard to believe but muscles begin to grow after leaving the gym. One can have the best weight training routine and nutrition program in the world, but without allowing sufficient time for the muscles to rest and recover, you will never get the results that you are looking for. While the amount of rest needed to fully recover from an intense workout varies significantly from person to person, 4 to 5 days rest between workouts for each body part is recommended.
