Over the past 3 years we at TTxana Studio has been actively recruiting and training webcam models from all over the world for the live chat industry, but we have never received so many applications in a month and we even hired specialist contractors to help out.
At the beginning we advertise our webcam model job vacancies through traditional media such as local papers and shop window ads, until a year ago we kicked off our online advertisement campaign. Surely this has a huge impact in the number of Responses. But the main factor has got to do with the economic downturn over the past year, increase in unemployment together with the trend on how people seek entertainment without spending a fortune on fancy restaurant, theatre and overseas holidays.
All these are good news for the webcam model jobs related industries, one of the very few industries that have managed to not just survive but also benefit from the economic crisis. To the industry itself, it means an increase in the services that they can provide. To the customers it means more choices. And to the employee of the industry, it means more job security. The interest part is what it means to the new webcam models who took this job at the beginning just to top up their regular income, pay their bills etc.
Our statistics indicated those who took up webcam model jobs on a part-time basis in the past 6 months, over 60% has requested to increase their working hours to full time. Some even want to work more than 60 hours a week. And this is exactly what happen, more or less as predicted. Many people would have never crossed their mind working as a webcam model before, and how it has changed their perspective towards webcam model jobs once they tried has really convinced them its actually better than the last job they had.
Not all webcam models were working in nightclubs, bars or strip clubs as many might think. In fact, we have a lot of applicants who are highly qualified professionals and were working in very paid job before. These type of applicants usually become very successful webcam models very quickly, because they are educated, fast learner and very money motivated. And of course the very comprehensive training TTxana Studio provide for our webcam models and the 24/7 support really helps.
Compare to the past jobs they had, webcam model jobs has give them not just very good income, but also the flexibility of working hours, the relax atmosphere of chatting and no boss putting deadline on your desk every morning. Its not really surprising that they decided to quit their old job and take up webcam model job as a full time job.
