Write a Good Resume:
First of all you need an effective resume to apply for job openings. Make use of resume templates that are relevant to your professional profile. Your resume is a important part of your job search process. A carelessly written resume can cost you job. So don't underestimate the importance of resume. Build Your Network:

Communicate Better:
These days employers often take phone screening of the applicants. If you get the call from potential employer asking your information, present your skills and experiences to the potential employer. Tell the employer how you are beneficial for the company. Employers do phone screening to shortlist candidates for interview and save time.
Sweep through the interview:
Though you are the perfect candidate who can fill the job vacancy. If you blow the interview you will never get the job. Fully prepare for the interview. Be honest. Most of the questions employers ask based on the resume and cover letter he provided. So double check what you are sending to prospective employer. Prepare for the common interview questions. Keep enough time for you on the day of interview. Leave early for the interview so you can reach to the interview place on given time. While waiting in reception review your resume. While facing interview make sure that what are you saying matches what you have written on your resume. Don't forget to say Thanks! When interview is finished.
Follow up in right way:
Employer's prefer those candidates who follow up after interview. But you should follow up in right way and manner. Don't call the employer every day about the status. If you do so you are surely annoying the employer. Send a thank you letter after interview. Thank you everyone who interviewed you and helped or assisted your. If you don't get the call in 2 weeks then assume that you are out of consideration.
