But if you keep reading, I assure you it will make sense momentarily.
As I shared with you earlier, there are some fats that your body must have in order to function the way that it should. One of those fats is called monounsaturated fats. This type of fat, if eaten moderately, adds great positive benefits to your health. It can also replace saturated fats and trans fats, which I will talk about shortly. The benefits of this type of fat is definitely endless. Foods that you can eat to keep these type of fats in your body, will also surprise you! As you can see so far, it is very important to know the difference between good fats versus bad fats. This information could very well save your life! It's important to know that another name for Trans Fats is "partially hydrogenated oils." So when you are in the grocery store, be sure to look at the ingredients of the foods that you choose.
Well, I would like to give you one more example of bad fats. This is a fat called Saturated Fats. Yes, you guessed it! Responsible for high Cholesterol levels, strokes and high blood pressure. You certainly want to make sure that this ingredient is not in the food you choose.
In conclusion, the next time you go food shopping, be aware of the ingredients in whatever your food choices are.
