We have all heard how the mind can work for you or against you. This has been demonstrated in a lot of stories like miraculous recoveries and such. But do you know that this is especially true when you go on a diet and exercise program?

Importance of Right Mental Attitude

Right mental attitude is very important when you embark on anything new and especially new behavioral patterns. Without positive thinking, your goal will seem a long way off. Take for example dieting and exercising. I know for a fact how difficult it is to start on these two and how difficult it is to stick with the plan. There are a lot of frustrations and temptations along the way. But with the right mental attitude, you know you will ultimately get what you desire. As they say, positive thoughts bequeath positive actions.

This is a new book I have written to help you lose that weight through the steps outlined in it. I will teach you how to recognize your true core desire. Let’s say you want to lose 30 pounds. By knowing your true core desire of being 30 pounds lighter, it will serve as the motivation to keep you going and on the right tract. Once you have discovered your true core desire, the rest of the steps will flow like water. I will then teach you how to formulate the best exercise and diet regimen that is best suited for you. But that’s not all. In the book, I will also stress the importance of how your brain helps in achieving your goal. Always remember that what your brain keeps on thinking is what your body will be manifesting outwardly. Having a goal, motivation, and diet and exercise program is not enough. This is why I wrote Mind Over Body, if it was enough there would be walking six packs everywhere.

My book is easy to read and follow as you will also find lots of tips and advices on food selection, hunger chart, ideal weight charts, cardio and strength program, etc. It also talks about meal frequency and the right portion sizes that you should have daily.
