How many realities we live in?

There is no one objective reality.
Everyone lives in a little bit different reality. There are mostly the same laws of physics, but not the same feelings, not the same interesting objects or important aspects. We choose our own place to live and way to see the world. So the world can be seen in pink colours (let's say child sees it like this), black colours (pesimists do that), it can be colourfull, grey or any other original pallet. The colours is only an image. Maybe better is to say about feelings or life attitudes.
Let's remind four life positions pointed out by E. Berne:
-
I am OK, you are OK
-
I am not OK, you are OK
-
I am OK, you are not OK
-
I am not OK, you are not OK
It can seem to be too simplified - selection of four life positions to describe people's view of their reality. But there is an interesting meaning and good observation of human life stories behind this classiffication.
People who feel safe in the world and trust other people, choose the first life position. They look at themselves as good persons and they accept themselves. At the same time they accept other people and feel safe with them. Mostly experienced feelings are: friendship, trust, feeling safe, sense of responsability, feeling relaxed among people, hope and self-confidence. It is the most recommended and healthy life position.
If the parents give acceptance and love to a child, he/ she will grow in a positive atmosphere and will believe in his/ her luck in the future. It means, a positive life script is going to be realized. If not, all the 3 positions cause a negative script of a looser. To change such a script, a lot of work must be done. It is an effort of consciousness - to see deep attitudes in psychological life, to accept pain of difficult feelings and to replace a negative script by a new one, choosen with own consciousness.
Inner or Inside travel - that's the biggest travel of my life. It is such a close domestic place and such a far universe... www.ka-wings.blogspot.com
