Interviewer job can be one of the widest range of career that one can opt for because no matter whether a person is a undergraduate or a graduate in English or in Political Science, he can always take his career as an Interviewer. Some news channels says that anyone who has a good command in English, Communication skills and General Knowledge can opt for the job of an interviewer. Basically there is no formal way to be an interviewer but it is always best to have a degree in Communication so as to take up this job more confidently.
Communication skill is the most vibrant concern that an interviewer should have along with general knowledge, and attitude. One must look firm in his attitude so that he himself does not get confused while interviewing another person. In our daily life we can see people taking interviews in televisions. We sit with excitement to the tricky questions that are being asked to them by an interviewer. This credit must go to the interviewer who dares to ask such tricky as well as sometimes frustrating questions to great leaders as well as to political members.
If an interviewer is well graded in Human Resource or in marketing skills then he can also be called upon by some top ranking Business Companies for interviewing employees who seek jobs. While applying for colleges and Universities we have to go through an Interview procedure where we face some tough interviewers who comes up with a lot of general knowledge questions as well as some aptitude questions. This signifies that to be an interviewer, one must have certain qualities which can make him a different individual in a huge crowd.
An interviewer can start his career as a newspaper reporter or as a newspaper interviewer. After gaining experience, he can link up as a television interviewer with different channels available today. His salary can range anywhere between $23,670 to $33,114 per year depending upon his work and experience. Interviewers need not worry about any jobs as they always have a full time or a part time job in hand. Colleges, Universities are always in search of interviewers every year. Interviewers can also write books on various topics related to ‘passing interviews’ etc.
An interviewer is always at constant work in their life even if they turn up 65. Thus we may say that it’s a living career for the students and students should come up for this career in large numbers.
