Not only do these affect your brainwave lengths but they also may have a relaxing effect on the body which will help you to sleep after a day of loading up on a stimulant such as caffeine. There are also some other health benefits to these particular chemicals that would also make it beneficial for you to drink green tea throughout the day.
Although it is possible to get your green tea in a concentrated form as a supplement, it is always better to use it in its natural form by brewing it as a tea. In this way, you will be able to have all of the health benefits that are available from drinking the green tea along with the caffeine and other various products that will help you to achieve lucid dreaming.
