Are you paranoid or just plain insecure. We all sometimes have issues of trust in our relationship but that does not mean that you can become completely paranoid. If you want to know if you are just being paranoid or simply just insecure for that matter read on. If your partner gets out of the house and all you want to do is to follow him or her up to see who they see and who they talk to then you are being paranoid. It is not normal for people to follow their mates every where they go simply because you want to know what they are doing. It is more likely than not that you are simply paranoid and you need to stop yourself before you become insane.
If you find a receipt on your partners pocket and all you want to do is to go to the hotel or restaurant with a picture of him or her to determine if the people there can recognize him or her and if they can remember who the person they came with, you are being utterly paranoid. Why don't you ask your partner where they were and decide for yourself if they are being honest or not. You might even shock yourself to discover you were the one with them there and he just never got rid of the receipt and the suspicious person that you are, you did not even think of this possibility. Stop being paranoid and trust your partner in your relationship.
If you think that your partner is cheating on you and you are scared of asking them about it yet they have never done anything to suggest that they are seeing someone else then you are being paranoid. For whatever reason that you may have that is making you feel like your partner is cheating on you, you need to ask them so that they can confirm your fears or tell you there is nothing wrong. Having baseless fears will not help you much. They will only contribute to breaking up your relationship because you will not have enough trust for your partner and every move they make you think and feel it is suspicious. It is a sickness that you need to let go.
If you have gone through all this and you have determined you have all this symptoms of a paranoid person in a relationship you need to find help. You can go and see a relationship counselor or talk to your partner about it. Tell them exactly how you feel and what they do or do not do that make you very suspicious of them all day long. They might end up helping you get rid of these suspicious thought that you have that are baseless. Learn to trust people. Just because the previous relationship you were in did not turn out nicely and they cheated on you, it doesn't mean the person you have at the moment will cheat on you. Do not let them ruin your relationship by making you have trust issues.
