For any job seeker, it is important to know the strategy for applying to a job with confidence of getting the same. It is more important for the MBA graduates as they are going to enter into professional fields of their choice, suited to their best talent. In this process, making a perfect resume is very essential. Here are some tips to do this.
Resume Building
• First step in this direction is to recognize the skills, which one has acquired during the college days. You should know your strong and weak points. Make a mental record of all this. Now put on paper, roughly, these points. They should form the basis of your résumé.
• Giving the final shape to your resume, start with your name and address in clear, bold format. Add your qualifications, right from the school education, in a systematic manner. While doing this, fresh job seekers should highlight any special training received in college, even for non-circular activities or towards military training.
• Mention your experience in a separate paragraph or format. This should include any formal or informal training received after finishing the college. This can form the first part of experience for all fresh candidates, including MBA graduates.
• While your resume should be short and precise, never give out any false or fake information that can lead to your expulsion from the service, later on.
