Are you tired of going to work every day and see no end to your daily struggles? Are you burned out, tried and exhausted from your job? Feeling unappreciated or that no one really cares how good job you are doing now? Are you loosing your faith in your profession and you are not sure you really want it anymore?
All these questions you are asking yourself to realize that you just hate your job now.
Hating your job is like being a slave and loving your job is like you never even worked yet. What would you choose? Of course each of us wants to love what we do. We want to be appreciated for our work because we invested so much of personal effort in it. We all want to be valued and thought well of...Personal struggles and emotional well being is your top priorities now. You want to have what is best for you in your current situation. Maybe you can't see an escape now yet because you need a paycheck to survive on, but stop for a moment and think about what would you love to do if you didn't have to work here?
Dream big. Even if it's your wildest dream and seems stupid at first, let it grow. Let yourself think and dream about it. Everything starts from a thoughts and lead to something more. If you are emotionally drained and exhausted think about what job would make you truly happy. Maybe you work in a very stressful environment right now, but you would love a quiet job in front computer?
Just because your thoughts are the opposite of what you are doing now, it doesn't mean that you want to be lazy. Start to think what value could you offer to the world and then no one would really care how much you really work.
When you can give to people what they want, they won't care how much you worked on it, they won't think about you as a lazy person...all they will think about how happy and grateful they are that they found you and you gave it to them. It's all about supply and demand. All jobs are not equal. Some people are more stressed out, others have harder jobs, some people are paid more and some people are paid less.
You don't always have to work harder but to work smarter, if you can do both, it's a perfect combination. Follow your heart and your true desires. It's alright to be happy. It's o'kay to want what you think will make you happy. We always are taught to work harder and take care of others, but try to take care of yourself first. It's hard job to try to please everyone else, so try to please yourself first and try to find what you truly want. Start with having faith and believe that you will find it.
