Nowadays, it was greatly distressing to know that people have failed to obey what God has instructed them. First reason is because of lack of knowledge and ignorance since God's command is not being taught aside from church services. Second thing is because people lack interest in reading God's word. People don't give much attention to the verse "Don't let the Book of the Law Depart from your mouth, meditate on it day and night".

In effect, people have probably disobeyed all the law, and continue disobeying. For now, let us not talk about ignorance and lack of knowledge, lets talk about the command that God is ordering us everyday.

At the time we woke up, I am quite sure that God has prepared something for us to do that day. We all know that we are all made for God's purposes, so whether we like it or not, there is something that we need to accomplish for God everyday. What are those? Of course it's only you who can tell, what's important is that God has a message for you.

How do we respond to God? He may not speak always through audible voice, but HIS impression and visions speaks ore louder than words. The question is, do we respond to God's call?

Let me give you some examples:

1.)Impression about helping someone.

2.)Impression of sharing God's blessings.

3.)Conviction about sharing the word the moment we are talking to a certain person.

4.)Conviction of reading God's word.

What's written above are just some of the few examples. As for my own experience, God normally speaks to us with the word that we need to share the gospel, right? Whenever we get the message from God, do we really follow Him and share His word? Unfortunately, most people do not respond. The do not take off their pride and just pretend that God did not tell them something.

We are truly lucky at this point in time where we can freely learn from God and share the word to others. But with all those freedom, we still fail to acknowledge this kind of favor that God gave us. For some countries where bible is prohibited, there are a few who strongly break their laws just to follow the God they believe in. I guess you have heard many being imprisoned, jailed and killed because of their faith. Not matter how hard those hardships they face, the love for God still remains.

As I was reading the book of Daniel, I was truly blessed how godly individuals followed God though they are faced to death. Have you heard the story about "Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego"? If not, they are the ones who refused to bow to the gods made from gold though they will be facing death by being thrown in the "fire and blazing furnace".Believe me, this were not pastors or old people in their time. They were young and probably a youth then.

Will all those struggles, they stood up straight and told the King directly that they will not bow with the gods. And here is what's interesting in the story, they told the king from (Daniel 3:17-18 "If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us from it, and he will rescue us from your hand, O king. But even if he does not, we want you to know, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.")

This is what they believe in, no matter what happens, whether God save their lives or not, still they strongly refuse to bow with the gods because of their faith in God.

For me, this is what it takes to have full obedience. We do not have the right to barter chances with God, whether he saves us or not, we need to stay strong in our faith. In our everyday life, do we respond to God like these 3 young men?

Take Note:

It takes faith and courage to follow someone who is unseen. But always remember that God may not be seen for now, but His presence is more than enough to prove that He is existing.

Hebrews 11:1 " Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

Why am I discussing faith? It is because without faith, it will be hard for us to obey like those young men. Unless we have strong faith, we can never respond to hardships the way Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego did.
