Hence, if you are a teenager who has gone through a break-up, you may feel rather left out. Perhaps you have also been disappointed when the adults take your feelings for granted. Many adults seem to forget the kinds of emotions they used to go through in their younger days.
It does not really matter whether you are young or old; a break-up is always filled with painful experiences. It is just that many adults tend to push back what they are going through. However, your experience can be really devastating if you are a teenager. Once you have come to terms with your situation, you will need to take some time before you embark in any attempt at reconciliation. Make yourself scarce.
