While planning a party one of the hardest tasks to get perfect is the atmospheric lighting. Too bright and you feel like you are in an office, but too dark and no one can see, which is not good either. You want to have a gentle light that gives people a great glow and so that they can see their drinks.

The best way to create this kind of atmosphere is to use fairy lights, they make little pockets of light and distribute a soft even glow better than lamps which illuminate large areas and leave other areas in darkness. If you require the light to be a quite bright you can use the plain white fairy lights but don’t worry about them being boring since there are so many different designs of led lights including stars and hearts. If you would rather a warm glow LED fairy lights are also made in warm white as well as the stark white you often associate with them. These also come in all shapes and sizes and are a great talking point.

If you prefer the stylishness of a candle but the thought of leaving lit candles around your house worries you, then choosing battery LED candles would be the saviour of your party. These are such a good invention because they create the beautiful soft glow of a candle, they last for hours and most importantly you don’t have to worry about your curtains or a guest going up in flames. The little LED tea lights are just perfect for placing around on shelves and along window sills.

What a good thing it is that some people have seen the light and developed some good practical solutions to the issue of party lighting, so no party need ever be without the perfect lighting or need to call out the fire brigade.
