Spain is known for its beautiful nature; the beautiful Mediterranean Sea and the vast stretch of beach. Running along the beach are rows of mountains. Many small cities and towns that exist in between this spectacular natural beauty are ideal places for tourists to spend their holiday. A popular town on this stretch of land is the city of Javea. This city has a history of its own. This city boasts of famous churches, traditionally built houses, monuments of great importance, etc. In fact this city has earned the name of ‘Jewel of Costa Blanca’. Tourism industry is very active in this city. Many villas and apartments have come up in this city to accommodate the tourists. Villas in this city are quite luxurious and yet the rent is quite reasonable.

This three storey villa is ideal for about 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a swimming pool and a well maintained garden for the entertainment of the guests. The terrace offers a stunning view of the beach and the rows of mountains. The historic city of Javea can also be viewed from the villa. The villa has central air conditioning system. The bedrooms, living room and dining room are carefully furnished. The kitchen has all the facilities. The beach and the shopping area is just a five minutes’ walk. Outdoor sports are also available. Rent per week is just Pounds 450 to 1950.
Casa Jacaranda:
This three bedroom villa is built in typical Spanish style in the renowned place Covatelles in the town of Javera. This well planned and executed villa has three spacious bedrooms and three bath rooms. The large roof has entry to the kitchen that is ideally equipped for comfortable cooking. There is a beautifully maintained garden and a private swimming pool. The villa has DVD player, sky television and radio. The rooms have spacious balconies from where the beautiful sceneries of nature could be seen. Arenal beach is just 4 kms away. The historic city of Javea is also about 4 kms away. Just walk for about 1km to reach a row of restaurants and of course some shops. Rent of this beautiful villa is Pounds 900 to 1250 depending on the season.
