  4. Missouri's version of the Uniform Commercial Code may provide you with relief on your used lemon car

  5. The Truth in Lending Act and the Federal Odometer Act can be handy in obtaining used lemon car justice

You may save money on a used car but in most cases you may have to reconcile to the fact that they do not come with a warranty.

Lemon Law doesn't apply to a used car, buying a used car requires more caution.

  2. You will not receive a Buyer's Guide

  3. Most cars are sold "as is" and without any warranty
