Do you really want to to become an X-Smoker?
Have you ever tried to quit smoking cold turkey? Just to experience a few days later you again have a cigarette in your hand, feeling the discontent and defeat of failing yet again?Sheer willpower has, and will still be the solution for some people, but only a very little percentile of people quitting smoking, can do it by willpower alone.
Hypnosis is a highly efficient solution to quit smoking!
The subconscious mind will always be able to find a good reason to keep smoking. Even though its very aware that smoking is harmful, and that your body actually dislikes it.
But if you can find another way to satisfy your inner needs, your subconscious mind will be happy to cooperate.
Because the fact remains that your subconscious mind will only cooperate if the needs smoking fills out now, is replaced by something else (e.g: Drinking water, eating fruit etc. etc) And even the strongest of will cannot deceive the subconscious for long.During hypnosis we will be able to cooperate with the subconscious, and guide it to fill your needs with something healthy for your body, and because your subconscious mind is there to serve you, it will change your inner feelings in the direction you dictate.

All signs of dependency will be gone.Everything hangs in the balance of you convincing your subconscious that it is safe, and good for you to quit smoking in order for it to fill you with positive feelings like confidence and calm.The subconscious need that used to be filled by smoking will after the hypnosis treatment be completely changed and filled up with new feelings and you will gain access to lots of strong resources within.There will be no, or very few and vague thoughts of smoking, irritation or restlessness, and instead you will be filled with calmness, feeling relaxed and highly in control of weather you smoke or not!
Are you motivated to quit smoking?
The right motivation is crucial in connection to smoking cessation, You will not be able to quit smoking just because your doctor tells you, because its expensive, or because it annoys the rest of the family.None of those reasons are new to you, and you still keep smoking!Whats needed in regards to motivation is that you are highly motivated to quitting smoking.Thought and feelings like: Im tired of smoking, and everything it does to me and/or I hate the fact that smoking controls my life and my thinking is what you really need, and thats the basis for a successful smoking cessation.
Eating and weight issues
Many people keep smoking because they have tried before, and ended up gaining a lot of weight, and they fear it happening again.When you quit smoking with hypnosis you will not be replacing one bad habit with another, so you dont need to fear gaining weight. You will not feel the need to excessive eating, or extra sweets.Any well trained and responsible hypnotherapist will conduct an in depth interview before any hypnosis is done, to assure he works with you in the right direction.
