How do you know what is the best protein powder out there for you? When you walk through a supermarket or nutrition store you are undoubtedly bombarded with a virtual cornucopia of the so called "healthiest proteins".
You have all different types of categories such as whey protein isolates, whey protein concentrates, calcium, caseinate, egg protein, soy protein, blend protein. Let's put it this way, most people are not an expert so they just choose something based on price or the marketing on the front of the container.
Do not do that! This is your health we're talking about and you are about to find THE best protein powder out there. But first I want you to understand why you should never just aimlessly and pick out what you think is the best thing for you. Because odds are you have chosen wrong.
The first thing is to rid yourself of any commercial brands, usually body builders, go to their local, they here one fact that's beneficial then just go buy it. Sure they can muscle but in the long run, are killing crucial vitamins, immune cells, loading themselves with artificial glucose and countless other detrimental facets that go completely against dieting, losing body fat and growing healthy sustainable muscles.
How do I know this? This is because a lot people go with isolates. The reason why you can rule out most isolates is because they undergo intense rapid heat which kills all organisms, vitamins, and bacteria, both good and bad.
Not only that but they are industrially refined which means that this so called "best protein" has to be altered and reworked. Now let's think logically for a second. When do you know any organic food to have improved after it has gone through some sort of heating transformation then using additives.
It just doesn't happen because you are taking that food out of it's natural state and messing with its amino acids or food DNA. Listen I know there's talk and fluff about even the number one best protein powder out there, but we'll get to that in a second. But right now let's really talk about soy protein powders.
First off, nowadays virtually every single soy product is GMO, or genetically modified. So again we're talking in essence about the same thing we just talked about.
But here's another huge reason why you need to stay away from soy. Even if you can find raw organic soy, it is still loaded with trypsin inhibitors which is an important digestive enzyme that your body needs in order to properly digest foods as a protein.
Additionally, soy contains goitrogens, which depress thyroid function and slows down the brain. But do not fear because I do undoubtedly know the best protein powder you can find and that is 100% raw organic grass-fed whey protein powder.
WARNING: Now before you just go on to try and buy it, I highly recommend you keep reading this because there are quite a few brands out there and a bunch are still not great. That being said let me tell you why this is the best protein powder out on the market.
What I'm talking about is a whey protein powder concentrate. Furthermore, a whey that specifically comes from raw milk of grass fed cows. This type of whey also must be undenatured meaning that it is minimally processed at cold temperatures. Cold processing leaves all the important nutrients, enzymes, and vitamins in the whey protein.
Let's take a look at just a few of the benefits what is now referred to as the best protein powder on the market.
